Dan and Emily established Clark & Co Homes in 2011 with the mission of bringing creative design solutions to the Treasure Valley through their highly functional home plans and character-filled interiors. They have assembled a stellar team of professionals and trade partners to translate their unique design perspective and refined aesthetic to their clients as they guide them through the process of design and construction.

Through our design survey, we help you identify your taste and guide you through finish selections.
Floor plans and elevations are also established during this time, creating a personalized home ready for construction.

A custom home has many moving parts. We guide you along the way, using our project management system that keeps us organized and on track; all conversations and decisions are communicated on this platform, and the information is always at your fingertips.
Our construction managers work closely with our subcontractors, trades, and vendors to assure every aspect of your home is up to our high standard of detail and quality.
warranty
We make sure that before you move into your brand new space, we orient you to your home.
From the operations of mechanical equipment to which light switch turns on which light to the best cleaning products for your flooring, we go over every detail with you.
