Do you sell construction documents?
Due to the varying nature of site conditions, local building requirements/regulations, etc. we do not offer construction plan sets for purchase. We do offer dimensioned plans which you can use to coordinate with your builder/architect to create that set in accordance with your local building regulations. Shop our dimensioned floor plans.
Can I preview the floor plan before I purchase?
Many of our floor plans are available to view directly on our site. For those that are not, they are either custom floor plans created on behalf of our clients or we offer layouts you can purchase. Browse our floor plans.
I am wondering what product was used in one of your projects?
For some of our most popular projects, we have created design specification packages which include the name and manufacturer information for the interior finishes used throughout the home including plumbing and lighting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, hardware, surfaces and more. Can I purchase your plans and build them somewhere else?
