How much does it cost to build?

We get this question the most. We build homes in all price ranges and sizes. Building a custom home is like shopping in the grocery store. Your final price will depend on what you put in your cart.  There are three categories to choose from; Size, Budget, and Amenities.  If you are sticking to a budget, you'll need to pick 2 of these areas. So you either get a bigger house with basic finishes, or you choose a smaller house with the Thermador range! We will customize a home to your specifications. If your requirements are unrealistic, we will let you know before we go too far in the process. 

Where do you build?

We primarily build in Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. Depending on our availability, we build in the surrounding areas.

Do you build on lots that are privately owned?

Yes. We can build for you if you already own the lot. Otherwise, we can purchase the lot for you.

Do I need a Realtor?

I have never built a custom home before. What should I know?

Building a custom home can be very involved. At Clark & Co Homes, we try to make this process enjoyable and transparent. The biggest difference with Clark & Co Homes is our use of an online system where clients can login to see exactly what they are getting and how much it will cost. These questions can be some of the biggest frustrations with homebuilding. 

As a real estate broker as well as builder, we can handle all the paperwork in our office. But should you prefer to bring your own Realtor, please let us know and we will add this service to your pricing.

What are the financing options for building a home?

We offer in-house financing for our clients. All we need is a pre-approval letter from your lender or you can use ours. 

How long does it take to build a home?

Depending on the size and complexity of the home, we are able to build a home in as little as 8 months, weather permitting.
